Barcode Label
Barcode label, when scanned by the device, allows the information of the product it is attached to to be seen in the system. It is used in many sectors. It can be produced in 2 different types: paper and plastic. Paper-based barcode labels are more sensitive to water, humidity and heat. Plastic-based ones are more resistant to these conditions.
TYRE LABEL
A type of label containing rubber-based glue. Its adhesive weight is quite high. It is used on metal surfaces, fabrics and rough surfaces. Known for its strong adhesive feature, the label is based on polyethylene plastic. These are labels generally used on sacks, vehicle batteries and vehicle tires, and are durable for a long time thanks to its tear-proof feature and very strong adhesive. It can be printed on or produced without printing.
HOTMELT LABELS
A type of label containing rubber-based glue. It has very good adhesion. As it is based on polyethylene plastic, Coated Paper can be preferred. It is not recommended for hot environments.
DEPFRIZE (Deepfreeze) LABEL
A type of label containing cold-resistant acrylic adhesive. They do not crystallize. They are equally resistant to heat. They are specially manufactured against freezing. They can be used up to -40° C. They are especially preferred in frozen products. There is a protective layer on both sides of the deepfreeze thermal label, which is among the thermal label types. The deepfreeze thermal label, which is especially attached to frozen products, is resistant to minus 18 – 40 degrees thanks to the layer on it. It has the feature of darkening itself when exposed to factors such as moisture, alcohol and light.
ECO THERMAL LABEL
The eco thermal label, which does not have any protective layer on its surface, is formed by thermal lamination on paper. It is not resistant to alcohol, heat, moisture and light. It darkens itself when exposed to such effects. It is generally preferred in products that are consumed quickly.
GLOSS WHITE LABEL
The gloss white label, which has a glossy white surface on both sides, is a plastic-based product. Known for its high resistance to cold, the gloss white label has a tear-proof structure that does not deform easily. It is resistant to light, moisture and water as well as cold.
SECURITY (Void – Fragile) LABEL
The security label used to indicate the security and originality of the product to which it is attached has the feature of self-destruction when it is tried to be removed. Barcode, serial number, stock number etc. can be printed on it. There are 2 different types: Fragile label and Void label.
The fragile label, also known as eggshell, breaks like an eggshell when it is tried to be removed. It is resistant to moisture, sunlight and water. It is compatible with ribbon printing.
The Void label leaves the word VOID when it is removed from where it is attached. Thanks to the void label, which aims to provide a kind of product security, it is possible to understand whether the product’s warranty has expired or whether the label has been tried to be removed.
CARDBOARD LABEL
The cardboard label, which does not have an adhesive feature, usually has a smooth and shiny surface. Since it is paper-based, it is sensitive to light, heat and moisture. Compared to paper labels, cardboard labels are more durable. It can be printed single-sided or double-sided.
COATED LABEL
Coated labels, which are widely used in many sectors, are paper-based and self-adhesive. Coated labels, which have a smooth and shiny surface, are usually white. There are different types such as cold-resistant, strong adhesive, and non-marking.
It is not easily removed from the surface on which it is attached and can maintain its durability for a long time.
METALLIZED LABEL
Metalized labels in silver or gold can be applied as glossy or matte. It is suitable for use in outdoor environments due to its resistance to heat, moisture and water. Metalized labels, which do not tear, can be painted or printed in 6 different colors. It is frequently preferred especially in the Cosmetics, Food Supplement and Chemical production sectors due to its long-term use.
NONPERM LABEL
Nonperm labels, which have a special adhesive, can be easily removed from the surface they are attached to and do not leave marks. It has a smooth surface. It is preferred in the white goods and electronics sector.
OPAQUE LABEL
There are 2 different types of opaque labels. Opaque PP (Polyethylene/Polypropylene) has a hard structure and is among the plastic-based labels. It is known for being resistant to heat, moisture and water. Suitable for use in outdoor environments, Opaque PP label does not stretch. At the same time, it is suitable for long-term use since it does not tear easily.
Another type, Transparent or Opaque (white) Polyethylene PE label, stretches more easily than Opaque PP. It is resistant to water and moisture, but can melt against heat.
SATIN LABEL
Satin label, produced by weaving with cotton threads, has a smooth and shiny surface. Especially in the textile sector, fabric
